Chromebook Care

The activity was about tacking care of my Chromebook it was fun because we got to do a slide show. 


The things I found easy was that I got to insert images of chromes and pictures of things to post on my blog.  

Graphing using Goolge sheets

I was learning to do a bar graph by my self

I created a slide presentation using a bar graph and fruit names.

Mixing concrete-Kingston & demitrious

We have been learning how to mix concrete and see how it smells fells and our one felt so hard because we had rocks.


Next time we should not use rocks because it made it hard and the cup broke.

Maori Language Week - Ta Moko

Maori Language Week - Ta Moko

1. Looked at pictures of ngā Ta Moko.
2. Looked at the meaning in the Ta Moko patterns.
3. Traditionally Ta Moko was made with a chisel.
4. Ta Moko starts out small and grows. The females usually only have their chins done.
5. Painting a mask with skin colour, or close to it.
6. Designed our Ta Moko

We learnt about ta moko and it grows when you get better at stuff.

I found it easy because we just had to pant and design it.

Next time I would do a different pattern.

Demitrious - Cross Country/writing

Cross Country

At first I was in the front and then all of the kids sped past me and then I was at the back and
that’s when I heard roar sounds and I hid behind the tree and I was so scared when I heard a
monkey sound. I thought it was some kids from the kindergarten trying to sound like a monkey
but it was a real monkey swinging above me and then I ran as fast as I could until I heard a big
sound and the ground was shaking I thought it was a car crash but it was a big black gorilla.
I ran fast past the gate and around the field and down into the back paddock and over the
objects and through the goal post. I came last but I didn't care all I cared about was having fun
my mum and dad were so proud of me for trying my best. My friend Brooklyn came first
Janaya came second and Susana came third out of the all the year five girls.

  

I found it hard  because I had to type my story and it took me forever.

We are learning how to recap things that we did on cross country.

Next time I would like to have more details about my story.
